LANCE ARCHER vs. TOA HENARE:
Toa with a Powerbomb out of the corner for a near fall right out of the gate, he sends Archer over the barricade and is right on him, Toa sends him back in, Archer blocks the Samoan Drop and snaps the neck over the rope, Big Boot from the apron then hits a Giant Swing from the ring into the barricade, Vertical Suplex on the floor, Lance rolls back in, Toa in just before the 20 count, Archer with a Short-Arm Lariat, one palm cocky cover for a 2 count, Running Shoulder, Archer says everybody dies then goes for a cover for a 2 count, Archer walks the ropes for 2 corners before clubbing the back, he charges, but Toa strikes first with a Lariat, Archer blocks a Samoan Drop, but Toa hits it after staggering Lance with a Flying Tackle, into a cover for a 2 count, up top, he looks for a Diving Tackle but, but Lance decks him with a right hand in mid-air, Toa with a Vertical Suplex for a 2 count, Ura-Nage blocked, Full-Nelson Slam blocked, Archer with a Derailer then a Sambo Suplex for a near fall, Chokeslam for a near fall, Toa blocks The Blackout, Archer blocks the Ura-Nage, but Toa with a Headbutt, he charges, but Archer decapitates him with a Lariat then takes him out of the corner with The Blackout for the win. Archer advances to the next round.

WINNER: LANCE ARCHER

HIKULEO W/JADO vs. MIKEY NICHOLLS:
Hikuleo is Tama & Loa’s “little” brother the youngest son of Haku (I say it like that because while Tama is 6’0 & Loa is 6’2 despite being the youngest Hikuleo is the biggest at 6’9) while Mikey Nicholls was the former Nick Miller in NXT

Hikuleo distracts Red Shoes while Jado delivers a cane shot to Nicholls, Hikuleo drives Nicholls spine first into the post, Nicholls makes it back in at 19, Hikuleo with a Shoulder Block for a 2 count, Backbreaker then a Sidewalk Slam for a 2 count, Camel Clutch, Vertical Suplex, Nicholls avoids a charge then hits a Lariat and wipes out Jado as well, Hikuleo blocks The Mikey Bomb, but Nicholls hits a Lariat, Brainbuster for a 2 count, up top, but Hikuleo avoids Blue Vengeance, Hikuleo with a Running Legdrop for a near fall, goozle, Nicholls swats it away, Hikuleo with another distraction as Jado delivers a cane shot, Nicholls counters The Headliner, Nicholls with a Death Valley Bomb then a Sliding Lariat for a 2 count, then he finishes with his version of The Blue Thunder Driver, he calls it The Mikey Bomb for the win. Nicholls advances to Round 2.

BAD LUCK FALE W/JADO vs. WILL OSPREAY:
Ospreay charges Fale with a Shotgun Dropkick right out of the gate, Jado trips him up, Will jumps over a cane shot, but Fale knocks him to the floor, Fale teases a dive, but decides against it, Jado gets a few more licks in before Fale scoops up Ospreay rams him spine first into the post, he sends Will into the barricade, Ospreay back in at 17, Fale wrenches back on the chin then drives a knee in the ribs for a cover, only gets a 1 count, Fale stands on the lower back of Ospreay, Nerve Hold then into another cover for a 2 count, Ospreay drops Fale with a Handspring 540 Kick, Pip Pip Cheerio for a 1 count, pair of Mid Kicks, but Fale blocks the 3rd, Will blocks The Grenade, Fale with a Running Avalanche then the Big Splash for a near fall, Grenade, but Ospreay backflips out, Will looks for The OsCutter, but Fale pulls Red Shoes into his path, Handspring, but with no ref, Jado cracks Will with the cane, Jado in the ring, Ospreay fights free of Fale then wipes out Jado with and gives him some of his own medicine, he wears out Fale with the cane, Robinson Special, Fale blocks The OsCutter then cuts Will in half with a Spear then hits The Grenade, Red Shoes back in, but Fale only gets a near fall, Bad Luck Fall, but Ospreay counters it into a Hurricanrana pin for the win. Ospreay will face Archer in the next round.

WINNER: WILL OSPREAY

MICHAEL ELGIN vs. KAZUCHIKA OKADA:
Elgin with a Vertical Suplex for a 1 count, Elgin with a Shotgun Dropkick sends Okada to the floor, Russian Legsweep into the ring frame, he sends Okada back in, Elgin works over the arm, Hammerlock and sends Okada into the turnbuckle, Neckbreaker for a 2 count, Okada avoids a Slingshot Splash, Oklahoma Roll for a 2 count, Okada with a Neckbreaker for a 1 count, he wants Elgin’s best Chops, Okada with a Body Slam then a Slingshot Senton Atomico for a 2 count, Elgin with a Bridging Northern Lights Suplex for a 2 count, Elgin blocks the Air Raid Crash Neckbreaker, but Okada turns it into a flash pin for a near fall, DDT for a 2 count, Body Slam & goes up top, Diving Elbow, but upon impact, Elgin floats into a Crossface, but Okada makes it to the rope, Lariats from the front and back, he charges for the big one, but Okada counters into a Flapjack, Elgin goes back to the Chops & Okada’s chest is blistered, Okada with the Air Raid Crash Neckbreaker for a 2 count, Diving Elbow Drop, Rainmaker Pose, Elgin blocks the Rainmaker & hits an Enzugiri, pair of German Suplexes then a Release Dragon Suplex, Tiger Driver, but only gets a near fall, Okada blocks the Bucklebomb, he sets Elgin up top, Elgin flies, but Okada with a European Uppercut, Elgin with a pair of kicks then a Superkick, he sets Okada up top, but he flips out & Dropkicks Elgin in the back, Bucklebomb on Elgin & then an Elgin Bomb on Elgin for a near fall, Rainmaker countered with a Rainmaker of his own, Okada blocks the Burning Hammer, Crossface, but Okada counters into a flash pin, Rainmaker ducked, but Okada hits a Dropkick, Rainmaker countered into a Pop-Up Powerbomb for a near fall then back to The Crossface, he rolls Okada back, but he finally makes it to the rope, Elgin with a Bucklebomb, Elgin Bomb countered, Tombstone countered, Okada ducks a Rainmaker, Rolling Rainmaker ducked, Elgin with a Uraken, he takes the elbow pad off, he looks for a Rolling Rainmaker, but Okada scoops him up & hits a That’s Incredible Style Tombstone, then The Rainmaker connects for the win. Okada advances to Round 2 to face his newest stablemate Mikey Nicholls.
